The items for Section 1 were reviewed at <br />the Board’s April 18 meeting. The first four (4) items in Section 2 were reviewed at the <br />Board’s May 16 meeting (and are grayed out in the following outline), and the remaining five <br />(5) items of Section 2 and Section 3 are the subject of this August 16 meeting. <br />11
