<br />MOTION by Randy Marshall to approve the June 6, 2018, Training Session Notes, June 6,
<br />2018, ORC Notes, June 6, 2018, Regular Meeting Minutes, July 11, 2018, Training Session
<br />Notes, July 11, 2018, ORC Notes, and July 11, 2018, Regular Meeting Minutes. Seconded by
<br />Adam Beeman.

<br />AGENDA ITEM 4: PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC CHARGE – To consider revisions to the public
<br />charge that is included on agendas, in keeping with recent revisions made to the Board of
<br />County Commissioners’ public charge.
<br />PRESENTER : Ashley Moncado, Planner II
<br />Planner Ashley Moncado explained that the revisions to the public charge were intended to
<br />reflect recent changes to the Orange County Board of Commissioners’ public charge in order to
<br />maintain consistency.
<br />MOTION by Alexander Gregory to approve the revisions to the public charge. Seconded by
<br />Buddy Hartley.
<br />VOTE: Unanimous
