Call to Order : Roll was called . <br /> lie Additions or Changes to Agenda , Meeting Summary : Daniel asked about the agenda <br /> abstract that was passed out last month related to the Mobile Home Park in Chapel Hill <br /> moving to Mill Creek . Stancil went into detail about that issue . Daniel questioned the <br /> work on the MST and Reyman asked that this be clarified (what Derby had said about <br /> the extent of work on the MST increasing his staff' s time on this project . ) Hecht asked <br /> that the Carrboro PRC applicant be considered . That will be added to IV section C . <br /> McDade Khan asked about the future work at Cedar Grove Park and Stancil gave her a <br /> quick report . <br /> III . Report of the Chair : no report <br /> IV. New Business <br /> a . Election of Chair and Vice- Chair-Williams Reid and Rhodes are both eligible to serve <br /> another term and indicated they would be willing to do so . Both were nominated by <br /> acclamation . Reyman moved to close nominations for chair and vice - chair , as <br /> they've both said they would serve again . Daniel 2nd the motion . All voted in favor . <br /> b . Resolution of Appreciation - Betty McDade Khan - Betty was presented with a <br /> certificate of appreciation for her two (2 ) terms on the board . Daniel and Massai , who <br /> are going off the board after one ( 1 ) term , were also thanked . <br /> c . The board looked over PRC applicant from Carrboro , Michael Zelek to fill the <br /> Carrboro City Limits vacancy , after Daniel goes off at the end of March . The board <br /> agreed to recommend him to the BOCC . <br /> d . Review and Scoring of Outside Agency Requests <br /> i . Big Brothers/ Big Sisters of the Triangle - received a score of 89 <br /> lit Bridge II Sports- received an 82 <br /> ilia Triangle Bikeworks - received a 95 <br /> V . Old Business <br /> a . Parks - Capital Construction and Funding - Report from February 15 BOCC meeting -the <br /> BOCC discussed funding and prioritization of parks/parks projects . There was talk about <br /> finishing what we started ; Blackwood Farm Park ; Cedar Grove Park (tball field ) ; and <br /> Soccer . com expansion (year 2 project) . They may use article 47 tax for Soccer . com <br /> expansion . Prioritization was already in the CIP . Some of the parks of the future <br />
