Animal Control Ordinance <br />Adopted 1/21/2016 Unified Animal Control Ordinance Page 39 <br />Effective 3/1/2016 <br />(b) A written report containing the information in subsection (a) of this section shall be <br />delivered by the person collecting the animals to Animal Services within 24 hours of <br />the surrender of the animal. <br /> <br />(d) A record shall be kept of the disposition of every animal collected. <br /> <br />(e) Every collector shall maintain a copy of all receipts and disposition records for one <br />year. <br />(Ord. of 6-16-1987, § XX(A)(3), eff. 1-1-1988) <br /> <br />Sec. 4-100. - Quality assurance program. <br />A quality assurance program to ensure adherence to this Division shall be carried <br />out within the animal control division. <br />(Ord. of 6-16-1987, § XX(B), eff. 1-1-1988) <br /> <br />Sec. 4-101. - Application and enforcement of division. <br />The Animal Services Director shall be responsible for the full and proper application of <br />this division.
