Qnly an attorney can perform <br />certain functions essential to the program. There is no change in the contract from 2004-2005. <br />The firm provides representation in an average of 150 cases per month.. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: The department's requested amount for FY 2005-2006 is $45,000. <br />The County's cost after Federal Financial Participation (FFP) will be $14,850. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the contract and <br />authorize the Chair to sign. <br />
