This objective relates to our past- <br />discussed effort to create a master list of community groups / engagement programs that we <br />could distribute to facilities and / or at least be conversational about (so that we could make <br />informed recommendations / linkages). <br /> The motivation for both of these discussions was an expressed desire to be more than a quasi- <br />regulatory agency / punitive body, but rather, a partner to offer assistance. <br /> For the record, Y. Mendenhall has been an amazing example of doing just this. We should <br />really consider trying to adopt this approach. <br /> W. Lang and A.
