Areas of Concern Yes/No/NA Exit Summary <br />Are there resident issues or topics that need follow-up or review at a later <br />time or during the next visit? <br /> <br />During the next visit, the committee representatives are encouraged to <br />speak with the administrator about the status of bed bugs and their <br />procedures for securing prescription drugs. <br />Yes Discuss items from “Areas of Concern” Section as <br />well as any changes observed during the visit <br /> <br />Kemonty confirmed a few rooms were sprayed for <br />bed bugs and they need to clean the sheets and <br />prepare the bedding before the residents went to <br />sleep. <br /> <br />We also discussed the importance of keeping <br />medical prescriptions locked as the residents <br />have a right to medical privacy, prescriptions <br />available for the taking can be a hazard, and it <br />may be difficult to obtain replacements for stolen <br />or misplaced drugs. <br /> <br />This Document is PUBLIC RECORD.
