Article 5, Section 5.1.1 is amended to reflect a maximum payable not-to-exceed amount <br /> of 20 250. <br /> 4. Except for the changes made herein, the Original Agreement shall remain in full force <br /> and effect to the extent it is no inconsistent with this Amendment.
