In the discharge of its <br />duties and responsibilities under this Agreement, the City of Raleigh and its <br />employees will abide by the policy of nondiscrimination as set forth in Raleigh <br />City Code § 4-1004. Orange County and its employees will abide by Orange <br />County Non-Discrimination Policy General Government and Administration <br />Policy 11.0. All other parties to this Agreement will comply with the non- <br />discrimination policies approved by their respective elected officials or boards. <br /> <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the Parties, pursuant to resolutions of their respective <br />governing boards spread upon their minutes, have caused this Agreement to be executed <br />and attested by their duly authorized officers and their official seals affixed, the day and <br />year written below. <br /> <br />22
