at the start of the project. The Motorola Solutions field engineer will review the PDQ in detail <br />with the Customer and answer all questions. It is the Customer’s responsibility to fill out the <br />PDQ. <br />1.1.2 CommandCentral Vault Store and Manage Configuration <br />CommandCentral Vault Store and Manage are the base modules which need to be configured to <br />provide the ideal end to end solution for each Customer. Industry Best Practices, current operations <br />environment and sub system integration will be discussed and taken into account in order to <br />determine the optimal configuration for your agency. The configuration process will be done in <br />partnership and facilitated by a Motorola Solutions professional. <br />The Customer must determine policies and procedures, tags, retention periods, user <br />permissions, etc. Motorola Solutions or Motorola Solutions Representative can only assist and <br />offer guidance. <br />1.1.3 CommandCentral Vault Judicial Configuration (if applicable) <br />CommandCentral Vault Judicial module needs to be configured for your agencies specific <br />workflow and operations. The workflow requirements and configuration needed specific to the <br />Judicial module will be addressed by adding an additional section to the interactive workshop <br />already in place for CommandCentral Vault Store and Manage configuration. <br />1.1.4 Si500 Video Speaker Microphone (if applicable) <br />The Si500 Video Speaker Microphone needs to be initialized for access to utilize the WLAN <br />network to connect to the Radio Management Software for setup. The Si Initial Deployment will <br />take the device form out of the box to the users’ hands. <br />The Si500 is the device that the end user will use to capture video, photo, and audio content in <br />the field. The Si500 must be provisioned in CommandCentral Vault as well as Radio <br />Management to function properly. <br />1.1.5 Radio Management Software Setup Android (if applicable) <br />Radio Management Software is used to deploy configuration parameters to the Si500 Video <br />Speaker Microphone. For instance if RMS is set up for access on the WLAN network, Si500 <br />devices are configured with the RMS. A Customer provided Server will need to meet <br />minimum specifications. <br />The Si500 Radio Management application is used to load a template into each Si500 <br />device. The Customer is responsible for providing a WiFi capable laptop and loading the Si <br />Radio Management suite prior to the start of provisioning. Radio Management can be <br />downloaded from the Motorola Solutions MyView Site. The Motorola Solutions Solution field <br />engineer or Motorola Solutions Representative will provide assistance with this task, if <br />needed. <br />Alternatively, the Motorola Solutions Representativ e could host RM on their own laptop and <br />provide a service for the Customer, similar to how many Motorola Solutions <br />Representatives support subscribers. <br />QUOTE-148697 <br />Orange County SO DEMS <br />Proposal <br />Motorola's quote is based on and subject to the terms and conditions of the valid and executed written contract between Customer and Motorola (the ""Underlying Agreement"") that authorizes <br />Customer to purchase equipment and/or services or license software (collectively ""Products"").
