1.7 TRAINING <br />1.7.1 Online Training <br />Motorola Solutions Responsibilities: <br />Provide Customer with online training courses applicable to their deployment. <br />Provide Customer with access to training specialist via phone support between the <br />hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. <br />Customer Responsibilities: <br />Attend online training classes. <br />Comply with the prerequisites in the Training Plan. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />All training classes completed. <br />1.7.2 On-Site Training (if applicable) <br />Motorola Solutions Responsibilities: <br />Provide Customer with onsite training courses applicable to their deployment for trainers. <br />Provide train-the-trainer training by roles. <br />Customer Responsibilities: <br />Trainers attend training classes. <br />Comply with the prerequisites in the Training Plan including online training. <br />Trainers train remaining personnel. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />All training classes completed. <br />1.7.3 Training Complete <br />All training classes completed. <br />1.8 AUDIT AND ACCEPTANCE TESTING <br />1.8.1 Perform Equipment Testing <br />Motorola Solutions Responsibilities: <br />Test individual components of the system to verify compliance to the equipment <br />specifications. <br />Repeat any failed test(s) once Motorola Solutions (or the Customer) has completed the <br />corrective action(s). <br />Prepare documentation of component tests to be delivered as part of the final <br />documentation package. <br />Customer Responsibilities: <br />Witness tests if desired. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />Successful completion of equipment testing including: <br />QUOTE-148697 <br />Orange County SO DEMS <br />Proposal <br />Motorola's quote is based on and subject to the terms and conditions of the valid and executed written contract between Customer and Motorola (the ""Underlying Agreement"") that authorizes <br />Customer to purchase equipment and/or services or license software (collectively ""Products""). If no Underlying Agreement exists between Motorola and Customer, then Motorola's Standard Terms <br />of use and Purchase Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of the Products. <br /> <br />Page 18 <br />20
