Customer Responsibilities: <br />Provide hardware, software and network requirements needed for Radio <br />Management per specifications from Motorola Solutions. <br />Provide point of contact for support of the Customer provided equipment, as necessary. <br />Provide IT network requirements as outlined by Motorola Solutions. <br /> Completion Criteria: <br />Radio Management installation on Customer computer completed. <br />1.6.2 WLAN Access Network Assessment <br />The WLAN Network Assessment is a paper study that provides the Customer with the <br />information needed to ensure that WLAN network is appropriate to support connection of the <br />cameras to the CommandCentral Vault clouds service when fully deployed. <br />Motorola Solutions Responsibilities: <br />Assess the Customer WLAN network for camera video upload and WLAN access. <br />Document WLAN access information for camera Configuration. <br />Motorola Solutions will not perform on site testing or evaluations. <br />Motorola Solutions will not perform any work on non-Motorola Solutions owned equipment. <br />Customer Responsibilities: <br />Provide requested information about Customer LAN for evaluation purposes. <br />Provide IT support for evaluation of Customer's network. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />WLAN network is assessed and assessment findings are presented to the Customer. <br />1.6.3 Internet Bandwidth Assessment <br />The CommandCentral Vault Internet Bandwidth Assessment is a paper study that will provide <br />the Customer with the information needed to ensure that the public Internet connection is <br />appropriate to support connection of the cameras to the CommandCentral Vault. <br />Motorola Solutions Responsibilities: <br />Assess the Customer Internet POP for Digital Evidence Management Solution video <br />upload and access. Document WLAN access information for the camera <br />Configuration. <br />Firewall Protection Evaluation and Compatibility requirements assessment. <br />Motorola Solutions will not perform on site testing or evaluations. <br />Motorola Solutions will not perform any work on non-Motorola Solutions owned equipment. <br />Customer Responsibilities: <br />Provide information on Customer public Internet connection for evaluation purposes. <br />Provide IT support for evaluation of Customer's network. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />Internet Bandwidth Assessment is assessed and findings are presented to the Customer. <br />QUOTE-148697 <br />Orange County SO DEMS <br />Proposal <br />Motorola's quote is based on and subject to the terms and conditions of the valid and executed written contract between Customer and Motorola (the ""Underlying Agreement"") that authorizes <br />Customer to purchase equipment and/or services or license software (collectively ""Products""). If no Underlying Agreement exists between Motorola and Customer, then Motorola's Standard Terms <br />of use and Purchase Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of the Products. <br /> <br />Page 17 <br />19
