Customer Responsibilities: <br />User groups create templates in a spreadsheet format. <br />Forward electronic copies of the spreadsheets to the committee members for their <br />review and comment. <br />Create the approved templates into Radio Management Server and create Jobs. <br />Program a small sample of Si500s and/or Sr600s with approv ed configuration. <br />Evaluate sample configurations. <br />Modify configurations as needed prior to mass deployment. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />Configurations completed and approved by the Customer. <br />1.5 APX SUBSCRIBER COMPATIBILITY CHECK (if applicable) <br />1.5.1 APX Portables <br />Motorola Solutions Responsibilities: <br />Check APX firmware for compatibility with the Si500 devices. Update, if needed. Recommend <br />updates, if needed. <br />Check Customer APX program templates for compatibility with the Si500 devices. <br />Advise Customer of any Flash that may need to be purchased for operation. <br />Recommend Customer test each subscriber template with the Si500 modifications prior to <br />mass programming. <br />Once all templates and client software is tested and approved by the Customer, Motorola <br />Solutions requests written approval of acceptance. <br /> Customer Responsibilities: <br />Approve final template(s) and initiate portable programming. <br />Program portable radios, as needed. <br />Upon receipt of portables, a Customer-authorized signatory acknowledges receipt of all <br />portables and accessories and proper operation of a sampling of portables. <br />Distribute the portables to end users. <br />Customer is responsible for ordering any necessary flashes. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />All portables are successfully programmed and approved by the Customer. <br />1.6 RADIO MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE INSTALLATION FOR SI500 BODY WORN <br /> CAMERA (if applicable) <br />1.6.1 Install Radio Management Software (Android) <br />Motorola Solutions Responsibilities: <br />Motorola Solutions will be responsible for the installation of Radio Management Software. <br />Provide Customer specification of hardware, software and network <br />requirements for installation. <br />Assist Customer with the installation of Radio Management, as needed. <br />QUOTE-148697 <br />Orange County SO DEMS <br />Proposal <br />Motorola's quote is based on and subject to the terms and conditions of the valid and executed written contract between Customer and Motorola (the ""Underlying Agreement"") that authorizes <br />Customer to purchase equipment and/or services or license software (collectively ""Products"").
