I can easily see the â €œbig picture”and will be in a position to use my analytical skills to evaluate programs and analyze <br />policies. I am a dedicated team member who can easily adapt and remain flexible as priorities <br />change, and I work well under tight deadlines. <br /> <br />Successful boards are founded on these guiding principles: (1) having the right leader to <br />oversee day-to-day operations, (2) ensuring that current and long range fiscal plans are <br />sustainable and (3) putting policies in place that allow the first two elements to occur.
