Page 2 of 2 Jill Blackburn <br />Other Comments: <br />This application was current on:5/12/2017 Date Printed:5/23/2017 <br />Supplemental Questions: <br />Boards/Commissions appointments: <br />Alcoholic Beverage Control Board <br />Please list/explain your experience, either professionally and/or from other <br />boards/commissions that you have in the areas of budget, personnel, and management. <br />I have been an invited speaker at state wide and national meetings on issues related to financial, <br />management, IT, Disaster Planning, Human Resource topics. <br />I am very familiar with the internal controls necessary to operate a top organization. <br />In addition to the experience listed in the question above, please list the work/volunteer <br />experience/qualifications that would add to your expertise for this board. <br />As stated in previous paragraph. <br />What do you see as the responsibilities of this board, and what do you hope to <br />accomplish if appointed? <br />Would work to continue to make the Orange County ABC Board one of the best well run boards <br />in our state, a board the people of our county can be pleased with. A board member holds a lot <br />of responsibility to make sure the operation is in compliance with state and national standards. <br />I would work to oversee this and make sure the organization is being efficient and effective for <br />the citizens of our county. <br />13
