County Attorney’s Report <br />John Roberts said the General Assembly directed local governments to provide a guide <br />to all ordinances that provide for criminal enforcement, and that a violation of those ordinances <br />is a class 3 misdemeanor, and a fine from $50-$500. He said this is due, on December 1, to the <br />legislative committee studying the issue. He said it is his experience that when the legislature <br />does that with a local government issue, that within a year or two, they make changes that lead <br />to a lot of confusion. <br /> <br />11. *Appointments <br />a.
