In addition, there will be another <br />At-Large vacancy when Ms„ Christina Moon's term expires on June 30, 2004. <br />The Clerk's office has recruited and received applications for membership on the HRC. The HRC <br />made a recommendation to appoint the following persons to At-Large positions: <br />Mr. Edward Couch II, 1917 S. Lakeshore Drive, Chapel Hill NC 27514. <br />Ms. Alma Ramirez, 404 Jones Ferry Road, Apt. F-9, Carrboro, NC 27510. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making appointments to the Human Relations Commission as <br />the Board may desire, <br />
