Asset Management Services <br />PROJECT NAME/LOCATION: Southern Human Services Campus <br /> Additional Survey Data <br /> Chapel Hill, NC <br />SCOPE AND EXTENT OF SERVICES: This Agreement is to provide additional <br />topographic survey data to be added to the survey performed by this Firm in July 2012 to <br />reflect requested survey data contained in “Additional Survey List” provided by Grounded <br />Engineering, Items 1-14: <br />1.Existing generator & existing utilities in area of the new building addition (from the right-of-way to <br />the building) <br />2.Correct building footprint adjacent to the new building addition <br />3.FFE @ main entrance (upper level) <br />4.FFE @ lower level for building addition <br />5.Existing fiber optic line between the senior center and the human services building and the <br />connection to the right-of-way <br />6.Existing 10’ wide sidewalk and crosswalk along Homestead Road <br />7.Monument sign at entrance <br />8.Landscape tree area near underground detention vault <br />9.Pump station well depth/elevation & invert elevation of service from the building <br />10.Location of existing forcemain across the senior center parking lot (refer to the asbuilt drawings from <br />the previous senior center project for possible assistance) <br />11.Location of existing gas service from senior center to right-of-way (refer to the asbuilt drawings from <br />the previous senior center project for possible assistance) <br />12.Location and information on the storm pipe from the underground detention vault to the existing <br />structure at the right-of-way line (the existing box is located in a rip-rap area) <br />13.Top and invert elevation of the drop inlet box in the rip-rap area at the right-of-way <br />14.Is the storm line along the private drive active or abandoned?
