HOST Em lg_oyer will evaluate each task level and job Hazard Analysis for employee's assignments on <br /> every jobsite. <br /> b. HOST EWplgvgr must supply documentation on specific training and competencies related to each skill <br /> level of tasks being performed upon request. <br /> c. HOST Employer provide site-specific safety training to Assigned Employees, and Properly supervise <br /> and train, in the same manner as its own employees, <br /> d. HOST Em lg_g= must insure Labor Finders completes safety inspection of jobsite. <br /> e. HOST Employer will train employees on specific hazard Identification such as it pertains to their <br /> particular jobsite. <br /> f. HOST Employer will allow labor Finders to review their Environmental Health & Safety policy. <br /> g. HOST Emolover must provide accurate job description for task to be performed prior to employee being <br /> dispatched to jobsite, if IJOST Employer requests unskilled labor for cleanup, this job description cannot <br /> be changed without prior approval from Labor Finders management. <br /> h. Properly supervise, control, and safeguard its premises, processes, or systems, and not permit Assigned <br /> Employees to operate any vehicle or mobile equipment, or entrust them with unattended premises, cash, <br /> checks, keys, credit cards, merchandise, confidential or trade secret information, negotiable instruments, <br /> or other valuables without Labor Finders express prior written approval or as strictly required by the job <br /> description provided to Labor Finders. <br /> 1. OSHA's Respirable Crystalline Silica standard 1926.1153 for construction requires supervising employers to limit <br /> worker exposures to respirable crystalline silica and to take other steps to protect workers. Supervising Employers <br /> are required to: <br /> 1. Establish and implement a written exposure control plan that identifies tasks that involve exposure and <br /> methods used to protect workers, including procedures to restrict access to work areas where high exposures <br /> may occur. <br /> 2. Designate a competent person to implement the written exposure control plan. <br /> 3. Restrict housekeeping practices that expose workers to silica where feasible alternatives are available. <br /> 4. Offer medical exams-including chest X-rays and lung function tests-every three years for workers who are <br /> required by the standard to wear a respirator for 30 or more days per year. <br /> 5. Train workers on work operations that result in silica exposure and ways to limit exposure. <br /> 6. Keep records of exposure measurements, objective data, and medical exams. <br /> j.
