County Attorney's Report <br /> 46 John Roberts said the General Assembly directed local governments to provide a guide <br /> 47 to all ordinances that provide for criminal enforcement, and that a violation of those ordinances <br /> 48 is a class 3 misdemeanor, and a fine from $50-$500.
