Employee Survey <br />In order to properly plan a wellness program, it is essential to know both the health needs <br />and interests of employees and management. By knowing those, you can plan and offer <br />wellness activities that meet both the health needs and interests of your employees. <br />A, Would you consider using an employee interest survey to help in planning the <br />activities of the wellness program? <br />X Yes (Have already done one) <br />No <br />Maybe <br />B.
