The Grantor is a North Carolina municipal corporation, and is the sole owner in <br />fee simple of certain Property, more particularly described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein (the "Property") which consists of approximately 27 acres of land, located in <br />Chapel Hill Township, Orange County, North Carolina, and identified as <br />on the plat of'property dated titled <br />°° ,"prepared by ,Professional Land <br />Surveyor, which plat is recorded at Plat Book _ Page _, Orange County Registry (PIN 9779- <br />80-1616). The property includes the improvements that are described in Exhibit B, attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein. <br />
