The three <br />attachments included with this item canain inlonnation previously discussed by the Board of County <br />Commissioners (BOCC) and the Chapel Hill-Carboro City Schools Board of Education (CHCCS). The <br />proposed location of the new high school is within Canboro•s extraterritorial planningjurisdiction on <br />three separate properties zoned R-10 The three properties of interest total 53.95 acres and include: 1) <br />39.75 acres (tax map 122.A 13) owned by Glover Enterprises L LLP, 2) 3,6 acres (tax map 122 A.6) <br />owned by Gregory Minton and 3) 10..6 acres (tax map I22.AJ) owned by FFF LLC. The site for the new <br />school is generally located west of Rock Haven Road, north of Ray Road and south of Tar Hill Drive. To <br />date, the county has purchased no land and no application for a conditional use permit has been submitted <br />to the Town of Cm~rboro. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The administration recommends that the Board of Aldermen receive the attached information as ii relates <br />to the construction of the third high school. <br />it-ta•~ooaa~ <br />
