Attached is a letter (with attachments) from the Orange <br />County Manager, John Link, Jr, requesting that the Board of Aldermen provide feedback to BOCC <br />regarding the adopted smart growth principles (Attachment D). A summary letter, providing the requested <br />feedback, was drafted and sent to the Orange County Manager (Attachment E) after the Board of <br />Aldermen fornrally met and discussed the matter (Attachment F). Note that Town staff's participation in <br />the drafting of the Smart Growth Recommendations has been sought early on in the process (Attachment <br />G).. <br />ADMINISTRATION'S RECOMMENDATION <br />The Administration recommends that the Board open the public hearing for the proposed High School #3, <br />06-OS-2004#3 <br />
