6 <br /> <br />Commissioner Rich referred to page 13, and said Mebane only gives back 2% to Orange <br />County, yet is receiving more Article 46 tax dollars than Chapel Hill. <br />Chair Dorosin said the money is still in Orange County. <br />Commissioner Rich said she is just concerned about this. <br />Chair Dorosin said the goal of the conversation is to talk about the EDDs, which is the <br />driver behind the disparity that Commissioner Rich is seeing. <br />Commissioner McKee said there is a difference between money spent in the City of <br />Mebane, versus money spent on a Mebane address.
