DocuSign Envelope ID: BDB1A4FB-EA01-42EA-86AE-3614105F82D5 <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> ORANGE COUNTY CONTRACT AMENDMENT #2 <br /> THIS CONTRACT AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made and <br /> entered into this 10th day of October 2018 by and between ORANGE <br /> COUNTY (hereinafter referred to as "County") and Design Dimensions, Inc., <br /> (hereinafter referred to as"Provider"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> THAT WHEREAS, the County and Provider entered into a contract dated <br /> 3 May, 2017 (titled Cedar Grove Exhibit and internally designated as 2017- <br /> 228), for the provision of services (Phase 2 final exhibit design services) to <br /> the County (hereinafter the "Original Agreement"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the parties modified that Original Agreement through a written <br /> amendment dated February 26, 2418 (titled Contract Amendment#1); and <br /> WHEREAS, the County and Provider desire to further modify the Original <br /> Agreement while keeping in effect all terms and conditions of the Original <br /> Agreement and Contract Amendment #1 not inconsistent with the terms and <br /> conditions set forth below. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration for the mutual covenants and <br /> agreements made in the Original Agreement and herein, the parties agree to <br /> amend the Original Agreement as follows. <br /> I. The Term of the Original Agreement is hereby extended to December 31, <br /> 2018. <br /> 2.
