DAA can coordinate with these utility companies <br />and provide them copies of plan sheets as necessary, but the individual companies will design <br />their own utilities; <br />16.Design or coordination of water features/ fountains/ pools, exterior signage/graphics or <br />courtyards; <br />17.Changes to the construction plans after construction document approval; <br />18.Construction staking; <br />19.Review agency fees and plat recording or filing fees. If paid directly by DAA, we will invoice <br />for these fees as reimbursable expenses; <br />20.Other CLIENT directed services not specifically included. <br /> <br />COMPENSATION <br />Compensation for engineering services and reimbursable expenses shall be based on the <br />following fees.
