IXHIBIT A <br />RECOMMENDED FINDINGS OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />PERTAINING TO ORANGE MIDDLE SCHOOL#3 <br />CLASS A SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION: Orange County Schools <br />This Class A Special Use must comply with general and specific standards as set forth in Article 8 for Special Uses <br />Article 8.2 t b) requires written findings certifying compliance with the following: <br />(I) Specific regulations governing individual Special Uses as set forth in Article 8 8 These regulations are <br />divided into two (2) sections which include: <br />(a) Application components; and <br />(b) Specific standards for Special Uses (Article 8.2.4, 6.29,2 and 8.8.3Q) <br />(2) Other requirements as set forth in the Economic Development Districts Design Manual. <br />Listed below are the Recommended Board of Commissioners' Rndings regarding the application in question.
