In the discharge of its <br /> duties and responsibilities under this Agreement, the City of Raleigh and its <br /> employees will abide by the policy of nondiscrimination as set forth in Raleigh <br /> City Code § 4-1004. Orange County and its employees will abide by Orange <br /> County Non-Discrimination Policy General Government and Administration <br /> Policy 11.0.
