Iq <br />b. Designation Agreement. The parties designate Seller as the person responsible <br />for filing Form 1099 with the Internal Revenue Service following the consunnnation of the <br />transactions described in this Contract. By execution of this agreement below, said party accepts <br />and agrees to be bound by tlris designation. The parties intend that this Section shall constitute a <br />"designation agreement" within the meaning of 26 C.F R.
