The Board of County Commissioners will consider amending <br />their regular meeting schedule by canceling the Quarterly Public Hearing, scheduled for <br />Monday, August 23, 2004 at 7:30 p.m. at the F. Gordon Battle Courtroom in Hillsborough, North <br />Carolina since there are no public hearing items for that meeting and to schedule a Joint <br />Meeting between the BOCC and the Planning Board to be held at that same time on <br />Monday, August 23, 2004 at 7:30 p.m. at the Government Services Center in Hillsborough, <br />North Carolina. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board amend their regular <br />meeting calendar by canceling the Quarterly Public Hearing, scheduled far Monday, August 23, <br />2004 at 7:30 p.m. at the F. Gordon Battle Courtroom in Hillsborough, North Carolina since there <br />are no public hearing items for that meeting and to schedule a Joint Meeting between the <br />BOCC and the Planning Board to be held at that same time on Monday, August 23, 2004 at <br />7:30 p.m. at the Government Services Center in Hillsborough, North Carolina. <br />
