No further Board action is required with regard to acquisition of the communications equipment. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no County match required for the receipt of this State- <br />administered Federal grant. The cost of the decontamination equipment is expected to be fully <br />covered by the earmarked grant funding of $21,677. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board authorize the Purchasing <br />Director and/or her designees to execute all documents necessary to implement and carry out <br />the bidding and acquisition of the decontamination related equipment at a cost not to exceed <br />the available grant funding of $21,677. <br />
