DocuSign Envelope ID:OFAODE08-7305-4FFE-A6D6-4462B49711 EF <br /> Mr. Kevin Lindley <br /> August 18,2017 <br /> Page 9 of 11 <br /> Task R00592-199C <br /> Site-Wide Groundwater Flow Map(2017) <br /> DAA proposes to construct a site-wide potentiometric surface map, showing directions of <br /> groundwater flow, based upon data derived from monitoring wells at all three landfills (C&D, <br /> South,North) during the 2017 calendar year. <br /> The new potentiometric surface map will be included in the individual reports of groundwater <br /> sampling and chemical analysis for each of the three Iandfills. <br /> Task R00592-200C <br /> Groundwater Sampling Event 26 (Event 2018 S 1) <br /> DAA proposes to conduct groundwater sampling event 26 at the Orange County Regional Landfill <br /> - Active C&D Facility during May, 2018. <br /> DAA shall coordinate field and laboratory services,obtain groundwater samples,review sampling <br /> documentation received from groundwater sampling personnel, chemically analyze groundwater <br /> samples (ENCO),validate analytical data provided by the contracted laboratory, update historical <br /> su ninary tables, and prepare a report suitable for direct submission to NC-DEQ. <br /> During the subject sampling event,the laboratory will. <br /> ■ analyze samples obtained from four compliance wells (6804-MW204S, 6804-MW209, <br /> 6804-MW21OD, 6804-MW211R) for the constituents listed in Appendix I, one of the <br /> constituents listed in Appendix H (mercury), and several parameters that are unique to <br /> C&D facilities (manganese, iron, tetrahydrofuran, total dissolved solids, chloride, <br /> alkalinity, sulfate) <br /> ■ analyze additional samples obtained from well 6804-MW-204S for quality control <br /> parameters <br /> ■ analyze one trip blank for quality control parameters <br /> DAA will prepare one printed copy of the report, which will be delivered to OCSWM. DAA will <br /> also prepare a digital version (Adobe Acrobat or functional equivalent) of the report and provide <br /> copies to OCSWM and to NC-DEQ. <br /> Task R00592-201C <br /> Environmental Compliance <br /> DAA proposes to respond to "unanticipated" issues concerning environmental regulatory <br /> compliance that may arise at the C&D Landfill during the prescribed service period. <br />
