DocuSign Envelope ID:OFAODE08-7305-4FFE-A6D6-4462B49711 EF <br /> Mr.Kevin Lindley <br /> August 18,2017 <br /> Page 7 of 11 <br /> During the subject sampling event,the laboratory will: <br /> ■ analyze samples obtained from twelve compliance wells (6801-MW101, 6801-MW102S, <br /> 6801-MW102DR, 6801-MW103S, 6801-MWI03D, 6801-MW104, 6801-MW105, 6801- <br /> MW106, 6801-MW107, 6801-MW110S, 6801-MW111, 6801-MW112) for the <br /> constituents listed in Appendix I <br /> ■ analyze additional samples obtained from well 680I-MW110S for constituents required by <br /> regulations for monitoring of C&D landfills (manganese, iron, mercury, chloride, sulfate, <br /> tetrahydrofuran,total dissolved solids, alkalinity) <br /> ■ analyze samples obtained from well 6801-MWI IOD for total arsenic <br /> ■ analyze additional samples obtained from well 6801-MW110S for quality control <br /> parameters <br /> ■ analyze one trip blank for quality control parameters <br /> In addition to the above tasks,DAA plans to coordinate with the field personnel to obtain leachate <br /> samples from the South Facility, and chemically analyze the samples for the constituents listed in <br /> Appendix I,plus BOD, COD,manganese,mercury,nitrate, sulfate, and phosphate. <br /> DAA also plans to coordinate with the field personnel to obtain groundwater samples from one <br /> residential well (Ms. Nunn, 1621 Eubanks Road, Chapel Hill, NC 27516; identified as N1) for <br /> analysis of the constituents listed in 40 CFR Part 258 (15A NCAC 13B .1600) Appendix I. <br /> DAA will prepare one printed copy of the report, which will be delivered to OCSWM. DAA will <br /> also prepare a digital version (Adobe Acrobat or functional equivalent) of the report and provide <br /> copies to OCSWM and to NC-DEQ. <br /> Task R00592-196S <br /> Environmental Compliance <br /> DAA proposes to respond to "unanticipated" issues concerning environmental regulatory <br /> compliance that may arise at South Landfill during the prescribed service period. <br /> DAA will prepare one printed copy of any correspondence that may arise in connection with this <br /> task. DAA will provide the one printed copy to OCSWM. DAA will also provide one digital copy <br /> of all such correspondence to OCSWM(Adobe Acrobat or functional equivalent)and will provide <br /> one digital copy of the correspondence to NC-DEQ. <br />
