DocuSign Envelope ID:OFAODE08-7305-4FFE-A6D6-4462B49711 EF <br /> Mr. Kevin Lindley <br /> August 18, 2017 <br /> Page 6 of I 1 <br /> DAA shall coordinate field and laboratory services,obtain groundwater samples, review sampling <br /> documentation received from groundwater sampling personnel, chemically analyze groundwater <br /> samples (ENCO), validate analytical data provided by the contracted laboratory,update historical <br /> summary tables, and prepare a report suitable for direct submission to NC-DEQ. <br /> During the subject sampling event, the laboratory will: <br /> ■ analyze samples obtained from eleven compliance wells (6801-MW101, 6801-MW102S, <br /> 6801-MW102DR, 6801-MW103S, 6801-MW103D, 6801-MWI04, 6801-MW106, 6801- <br /> MW107, 6801-MWIIOS, 6801-MW111, 6801-MW112) for the constituents listed in <br /> Appendix I <br /> ■ analyze samples obtained from one compliance wells (6801-MW105) for the constituents <br /> listed in Appendix 11 <br /> ■ analyze additional samples obtained from well 6801-MWIIOS for constituents required by <br /> regulations for monitoring of C&D landfills (manganese, iron, mercury, chloride, sulfate, <br /> tetrahydrofuran, total dissolved solids, alkalinity) (well 6801-MW110S is associated with <br /> the monitoring programs for both the active C&D landfill and South sanitary landfill) <br /> ■ analyze samples obtained from well 6801-MW1 I OD for total arsenic <br /> ■ analyze additional samples obtained from well 6801-MWIIOS for quality control <br /> parameters <br /> ■ analyze one trip blank for quality control parameters <br /> In addition to the above tasks,DAA plans to coordinate with the field personnel to obtain leachate <br /> samples from the South Facility, and chemically analyze the samples for the constituents listed in <br /> Appendix I,plus BOD, COD,manganese, mercury,nitrate, sulfate, and phosphate. <br /> DAA will prepare one printed copy of the report,which will be delivered to OCSWM. DAA will <br /> also prepare a digital version (Adobe Acrobat or functional equivalent) of the report and provide <br /> copies to OCSWM and to NC-DEQ. <br /> Task R00592-195S <br /> Groundwater Sampling Event 48 (Event 2018 S I) <br /> DAA proposes to conduct groundwater sampling event 48 at the Orange County Regional Landfill <br /> —South Facility during May, 2018. <br /> DAA shall coordinate field and laboratory services,obtain groundwater samples,review sampling <br /> documentation received from groundwater sampling personnel, chemically analyze groundwater <br /> samples (ENCO), validate analytical data provided by the contracted laboratory, update historical <br /> summary tables, and prepare a report suitable for direct submission to NC-DEQ. <br />
