The <br /> invoice will detail each task assignment, the personnel assigned, the number of hours charged, <br /> and details regarding travel and other direct costs. Invoices will be submitted to the County <br /> Project Manager for processing. <br /> 6. ASSUMPTIONS AND CONSTRAINTS <br /> 6.1 Cost for Additional Services <br /> Any additional tasking will be authorized by mutual agreement of the County and FE via a <br /> Contract Amendment Task Order. Such tasking will be performed on a time and materials basis <br /> in accordance with the Contract hourly rates or on a fixed-price basis as mutually agreed upon <br /> in a task order by the County and FE. <br /> 6.2 Basis for our Scope of Work <br /> 1. This SOW assumes Federal Engineering, Inc., will perform tasks as necessary and <br /> approved by the County as called out in Section 2. <br /> 2.
