INTRODUCTION AND ISSUES <br /> Orange County, North Carolina (County) retained Federal Engineering, Inc. (FE) to provide <br /> countywide radio communications interoperability and systems engineering consulting services <br /> in October 2016. As the project progressed, the County identified the need to have FE provide <br /> additional consulting services involving developing and conducting presentations to project <br /> stakeholders including County agencies, potential system sharing partners, and potential <br /> system users. <br /> 2. TASKS TO BE PERFORMED <br /> As requested by Orange County, FE will: <br /> • Develop and deliver a draft Microsoft° PowerPoint presentation for use at the May 2, <br /> 2017, Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) meeting to the County for review <br /> • Deliver a final PowerPoint presentation to the County <br /> • Present the PowerPoint at the May 2, 2017, BOCC meeting in Hillsborough, North <br /> Carolina <br /> • Address questions and comments from stakeholders following the presentation <br /> 3. ESTIMATED SCHEDULE <br /> Upon execution of this agreement the County Project Manager and FE will mutually agree on a <br /> schedule for tasks to be performed, with the presentation scheduled for May 2, 2017. <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
