The final report <br /> (written by Ms. Hoesel) was entitled, "Portrait of State Services: A Comprehensive Review of <br /> Services and Supports for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities". <br /> Ms. Hoesel also reviewed state plans (ND Center for Persons with Disabilities, Developmental <br /> Disabilities Division, Vocational Rehabilitation, Department of Public Instruction, Protection & <br /> Advocacy, Money Follows the Person, Center for Independent Livings Services, Department of <br /> Health) and identified areas the plans might provide opportunity to collaborate with the <br /> council.
