350 <br />Page 2 <br />I repeat the fact that the Orange County Board of Commissioners will hear a report on the <br />issue of'District Elections in April. We will subsequently hold at least two public hearings in <br />different parts of the county and deliberate on the issue prior to making a decision. <br />I call on you to withdraw the bill you introduced. If you do not withdraw the bill, I am <br />expressly requesting the other members of the Orange County legislative delegation to actively <br />work to defeat this bill.
