General Assembly of North Carolina <br />Session 2005 ias <br />1 Elections shall hold a referendum on the question on the Tuesday after the first Monday <br />2 in November of 2005. The question on the ballot shall be: <br />3 "[ ] FOR [ ] AGAINST <br />4 Expansion of the Orange County Board of Commissioners to seven members <br />5 and election of six of the members from districts" <br />6 The election shall be conducted in accordance with Chapter 163 of the <br />7 General Statutes. <br />8 SECTION 10.
