We chose to spend reserves to <br /> make sure that everyone was served and received the services and programs they <br /> needed. But realizing this was not the way to continue doing business for the long term, <br /> The Arc of the Triangle's Finance Committee of the Board of Directors has worked <br /> extensively with the Executive Director and senior staff to re-allocate resources (staff <br /> positions/job duties, use of office space and equipment), increase revenues, and cut <br /> costs with everyday expenses and salaries. <br /> iv.
