NOMINATE AND L-:LECT ALL MEMBERS. <br />Section 1. Section 1 of Chapter 9>?, Session Laws of 1965 is rewritten to <br />read: <br />"Section 1. For the purpose of representation on the Board of Commissioners of <br />Randolph County, the county is divided into the following five districts, each of which <br />shall have one member: <br />(1) District 1 -Asheboro Township; <br />(2) District 2 -Trinity Township; <br />(3j District ~ -Columbia To~rnship, <br />Franl<linville Township, <br />Liberty Township, and <br />Providence Township; <br />(4) District 4 -Back Creek Township. <br />Level Cross Township, <br />New NTarket Township, <br />Randleman Township, and <br />Tabernacle Tounslip; <br />(>) District 5 -Brower Township, <br />Cedar Grog e Township, <br />Coleridge Tou nship, <br />Concord Township, <br />Grant Township, <br />Neu' Hope Township, <br />Pleasant Grove Tou nship, <br />Richland Iou°nship, and <br />Union 7ou reship " <br />Sec. ?, Chapter 95:3.
