Members shall be elected for t«o-year terms of office. <br />b. Members shall be elected for four-year terms ofof73ce. <br />c ?Members shall be elected for overlapping four-year terms of ofice <br />d The board shall consist of an odd mm~ber of members, H'ho are <br />elected for a combination of four- and ttco-}-ear terms of office, so <br />that a majority of members is elected each two tear,.
