Revised December 2016 <br />ORANGE COUNTY <br />AMENDMENT TO PERFORMANCEAGREEMENT <br />NORTH CAROLINA <br />THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this the12th day ofDecember, 2017, by and between the County of <br />Orange, a body politic and corporate of the State of North Carolina, (“County”), and Tides Center (“Provider”); <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the County and Providerentered into a PerformanceAgreement datedDecember 11, 2017, to provide <br />services to be rendered by Providerto the residents of Orange County(“Original Agreement”); and <br />WHEREAS, the County and Providerdesire to amend the Original Agreement, while keeping in effect all terms <br />and conditions of the Original Agreement not inconsistent with the terms and conditions set forth below. <br />NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration for the mutual covenants and agreements made herein, the parties <br />agree to amend the Original Agreement as follows: <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into the first day of July 2017, “Effective Date,” by and between <br />the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the state of North Carolina, 200 South Cameron Street, <br />Hillsborough, NC 27278 (“County”), and Tides Center, a not-for-profit corporation, located at 1014 Torney <br />Avenue Presidio Building #1014, San Francisco, CA 94129 (“Provider”). <br />15. Notice. Provider: Tides Center <br />1014 Torney Avenue Presidio <br />Building #1014 <br />San Francisco, CA 94129 <br />Except for the changes made to the first paragraph of the Original Agreement and to section 15. Notices herein, the <br />Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect to the extent it is not inconsistent with this Amendment.
