EXHIBIT “B” <br /> <br />Scope of Services – FY 2018-19 <br />Outside Agency Performance Agreement <br /> <br />Agency Name: Movement of Youth <br />Program Name: My Brother’s Keeper (MBK) Orange County <br />Funding Award: $30,529 <br /> <br />Outline how the agency will spend Orange County’s funding award. <br />Program Services <br />Outline the critical services (activities) the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes below, by June 30, 2019. <br />•To build a program and policy agenda for MBK Orange County <br />•To provide 2 opportunity summits will focus on student achievement, career/personal/professional <br />development, social justice and engagement, and mentorship. <br />•To provide students comprehensive Leadership Academy that focuses on mastery of 21st Century Skills <br />and Team Mentoring that focuses on life skills and character development. <br />•To provide students with a multi-state college tour that exposes students to various college options. <br />•To provide technical assistance to support at least 10 MBK-related agencies, including in-person staff <br />training workshops, training facilitation (mentor/mentee/parents), and baseline data assessments to help <br />these programs incorporate or enhance quality youth development practices that lead to long term <br />sustainability. <br />Anticipated Outcomes <br />The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange <br />County, only (all Towns and municipalities).
