Sadler <br />Field Services <br />Mr. Sadler has utilized his multi-faceted experience on numerous Civil Engineering <br />projects for counties, municipalities, and private enterprise. He has recently completed <br />projects in Harnett, Johnston, Carteret, Craven, Catawba, and Madison Counties <br />overseeing the construction administration of multiple construction projects for clients. <br />Mr. Sadler has been responsible for the generation of multiple Preliminary Engineering <br />Reports and Environmental Assessments while assisting with the obtaining of grant <br />funds for municipal utility and capital improvement projects. <br />Madison County Landfill Closure, Marshall, NC: Field Technician/Project <br />Manager. Performed QA services for the 14 acre closure including testing of <br />structural fill, 18-inch clay cap, and 40-mil LLDPE geosynthetics. Generated final <br />CQC documents. <br />Stormwater Review Department, City of New Bern, NC: Member of Engineering <br />team under contract with City of New Bern to review submitted Stormwater <br />Management and Nitrogen Removal Applications. <br />Lenoir County Landfill Phase 1 Expansion, LaGrange, NC: Field Technician/ <br />Project Manager. Performed contractor QC services for 10 acre new cell including <br />testing of structural fill and 18-inch clay liner. Generated final CQC documents. <br />Wayne County Landfill Phase 2 Expansion, Dudley, NC: Field Technician/Project <br />Manager. Performed contractor QC services for 20 acre new cell including testing <br />of structural fill and 24-inch clay liner. Generated final CQC documents. <br />Catawba County Landfill Unit 2, Phase 2, Stage 2 Expansion, Newton, <br />NC: Performed CQA services for landfill expansion. Responsibilities included <br />construction management and materials testing of this twenty-acre cell. The <br />closure consisted of a 24-inch clay liner and a double 60-mil liner installation. <br />Contributed to final report. <br />C.R.S.W.M.A., Tuscarora Landfill, IRL Closure, New Bern, North Carolina: CQA <br />Field Technician. Responsible for installation of a geosynthetic liner extension <br />and construction of a clay liner berm. Liner extension consisted of a layer of <br />geosynthetic clay liner, a 60-mil HDPE synthetic liner, and geocomposite drainage <br />layer. Responsible for the installation of geosynthetic cap (20 acres).
