We have <br />provided construction quality control (CQC) services for <br />the construction sector, and construction quality assurance <br />(CQA) services for facility owners, for some 300 landfill <br />projects located from Georgia to Maryland. Construction <br />management, design / build, and construction certification <br />are components of our program, and our landfill <br />knowledge has enabled us to save costs, keep construction <br />projects moving, and provide CQA documentation to <br />the regulatory agencies expeditiously. Our team of <br />construction professionals, supported by construction <br />survey teams and a certified construction materials testing <br />laboratory, offers both first-party and third-party CQA and <br />certification. <br />Through our extensive experience providing landfill <br />construction phase services in Virginia, we have developed <br />a specialized procedure for data submittals with the DEQ <br />that enables us to minimize the time involved to obtain the <br />landfill certificate to operate (CTO).
