This proposal outlines our <br /> understanding of the project scope, tasks to be completed, assumptions underlying our fee proposal, and <br /> fees for various project tasks. <br /> I. PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The project consists of an aerial survey services using a small unmanned aerial system (sUAS) aka <br /> drone and conventional survey services to produce a topographic survey, a 360 aerial panorama and beauty <br /> photos of the landfill facility. <br /> II. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Draper Aden Associates will conduct an aerial topographic survey with an sUAS/ drone aircraft of <br /> approximately 23 acres. FAA licensed Remote Pilot will conduct the flight operations in accordance with <br /> FAA rules and regulations. Aerial flights are dependent on safe weather conditions. The topographic <br /> survey will include setting Ground Control Points, locating ground control points and preforming check <br /> point measurements. The images collected using the sUAS will be photog ram metrically processed to <br /> make a 3D Point Cloud and orthomosaic image of the entire project. A draftsman will use the <br /> photogrammetric output to generate the earth surface and contours a 1' intervals. <br /> A pilot will conduct a flight to capture images necessary to produce a 360 aerial panorama similar to the <br /> following example: http://www.daa.com/DAAClients/Rockbridge/ . A pilot will conduct a flight to capture <br /> approximately 5 beauty photos of the project. <br /> The project deliverables will consist of a high resolution orthomosaic image, high resolution orthomosaic <br /> image tiles for use in CAD, topographic plat with the orthomosaic photo base image and topographic <br /> plat without base image.
