This proposal is based upon a CAD file provided on August <br />21, 2018 by Draper Aden Associates. <br /> <br />A.SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />We will provide one-time construction stakeout for the following items, which be performed over 1 visit <br />to the site. The scope of services to be provided includes research, field surveys and office computation <br />to provide the following: <br />x Establish/Recover Horizontal and Vertical control <br />x Stake, flag or paint limits of Phase 1 Cell every 100 LF (+/-) <br />x Construction Plan Review, Point Computations and Processing, QA/AC <br />x Project Management <br /> <br />B.FEES <br />Fees set forth below are on a Lump Sum (LS) basis unless otherwise noted and will be billed monthly <br />based on our estimate of percent complete per task. Only the Scope of Services items listed below <br />are included in the lump sum fees.
