Please attach resumes of key project personnel and a list of anticipated <br /> subcontractors. <br /> Vendor's proposal shall include organizational documents filed with the applicable <br /> governmental agency (i.e., Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Organization) as well as a <br /> Certificate of Good Standing (or equivalent) from the applicable agency and any licenses to <br /> provide communications services that may be required by the North Carolina Utilities <br /> Commission, Federal Communications Commission, or any other applicable governmental <br /> 12 <br />
